<Terms & Conditions>
The employer must inform us immediately when a candidate introduced by us has been engaged. The candidate presented by us and eventually employed by your company or referred to other company which resulted in an engagement within 12 months from the date of the date of presentation shall be charged accordingly to normal fee.
l Any temporary assignment period is longer than 5 months, and we shall charge it according to our normal permanent fee schedule.
l Guarantee period will be counted consecutively in accordance with the commencing date of duty of the first candidate.
l All guarantee is only valid if our invoice if our invoice is settled within 14 calendar days of the candidate commencing employment.
l Every effort is made in the selection of candidates but we will not accept any responsibility in any of their personal trait to their being employed
